Shipping Policy
Welcome to Ocaqo's shipping policy section. Here, you'll find all the information you need to know about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. We believe in transparency and aim to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers.
All orders include economy shipping via USPS (Royal Mail's USA Partner) as standard for free. If you wish to upgrade to an express shipping option, this will be available at checkout for an additional surcharge, and will be either FedEx or UPS.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders after dispatch, please check this regularly for updates on your delivery status. If parcels are returned to us for any reason, shipping will be recharged at cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Ocaqo, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order after it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll endeavour to reach a solution as soon as possible. If you have any questions prior to your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide any additional pictures or information.
